The quality assurance system has given us sharper processes, documents and manuals… and more importantly our customers can have rock-solid confidence and trust in the way we operate.
The quality auditor – in this year’s recommendations for each facility’s approval – commented on how clean and well maintained both facilities are.
Three years into the BSI quality standard, our processes continue to discipline our systems and bring everything together to present an altogether fantastic service to our customers.
